The Plans and Programs Flight (PKP) operates as specialized team responsible for various facets of the 36 CONS mission.  PKP’s primary duties include managing the 36th Wing’s Government Purchase Card (GPC) program as the base’s Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC), maintaining unit readiness as Unit Deployment Manager (UDM), and providing contracting support through systems administration, self-inspection, and the quality assurance program.
