The staff at Andersen AFB will provide assistance with housing options and local resources to support the transition to your new home and community. All the housing assets on Andersen AFB are Navy-owned as they are the lead service for all of your housing needs at this location.

All personnel should report to the Housing Service Center (HSC) within 48 hours upon arrival. This visit is necessary to receive counseling and guidance before entering into any written lease or rental/sales contract for housing.
