The following data includes brief descriptions of sexual misconduct followed by disciplinary action issued to the guilty party. Outcomes are grouped by year and sorted by month.
During the period of 28 Sep 23 – 30 Nov 23, Andersen Air Force Base did not have any reportable sexual misconduct results.

Misconduct – Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A male Senior Airman repeatedly asked multiple female Airmen in his workplace sexually explicit questions. The offensive questions disrupted the work environment and the Senior Airman was issued a Letter of Reprimand by the squadron commander.
Misconduct – Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – At an off-base party with several subordinates, a female Master Sergeant held a penis-shaped bottle opener up to the face of a passed-out male member of her unit for a photo opportunity. The photo was shared among several members of the unit and disrupted the workplace. The Master Sergeant was issued a Letter of Reprimand by the squadron commander.
Misconduct – Sexual Assault of a Child, Article 120, UCMJ – A male Airman First Class engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old female in his dorm room. The A1C accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman Basic and 60 days restriction to base.
Misconduct – Indecent Recording, Article 120c, UCMJ – A male Airman made a cell phone recording of a female while she was nude and asleep, without her consent. The Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman Basic, forfeiture of $1,008 pay per month (suspended), 30 days restriction to base (15 days suspended), and 15 days of extra duty.
