Brig. Gen. John Doucette awards Staff Sgt. Mike Lewis, an Aerial Port Capability Forecaster with the 734th Air Mobility Squadron, with Andersen's Best here Dec. 3. As an aerial port capability forecaster, Sergeant Lewis coordinates cargo and passenger airlift requirements with the Tactical Air Control Center as well as coordinating all inbound and outbound munitions airlift movements. Sergeant Lewis is an essential part of the unit, monitoring and directing aerial port ground operations with tenant and host base agencies identifying and redirecting passenger and equipment to ensure safe, effective and efficient mission accomplishment. For his outstanding performance, dedication, commitment to excellence and actions above and beyond expectations, the 734 AMS and wing leadership dub him Andersen's Best.
