ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- An F-16 Fighting Falcon performs an air-refueling mission over Guam Feb. 23, during the exercise COPE NORTH 11-1. The U.S. Air Force and Japan Air Self-Defense force are conducting the exercise in an effort to increase interoperability between the two nations.
