Military working dogs take their first flight at Andersen AFB

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Mario Hernandez, military working dog handler assigned to the 374th Security Forces Squadron and U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Trent Thompkins, assigned to the 736th Security Forces Squadron, walk away from a U.S. Navy MH-60S Seahawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 14, 2021. The MWD handlers exposed the MWDs to the helicopter as training to familiarize them with the noises and vibrations in order to reduce their anxiety while flying.
