ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - The 554th RED HORSE Director of Operations, Captain Jason Aftanas, discusses build up techniques, man power, and time spent on each building with 13th Airforce Commander, Lt. Gen. Chip Utterback during his tour of Northwest Field April 22.
