13th Air Force Commander visits Andersen
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - The 554th RED HORSE Director of Operations, Captain Jason Aftanas, discusses build up techniques, man power, and time spent on each building with 13th Airforce Commander, Lt. Gen. Chip Utterback during his tour of Northwest Field April 22. Once complete the site will be PACAF's future, premier Expeditionary Combat Skills Training Campus providing 80 facilities and infrastructure supporting four units: 554th and 254th RED HORSE Squadrons, Commando Warrior, 644th Combat Communications and 554th Silver Flag onto one base.
