Welcome to the Staff Judge Advocate's Office
Our legal office provides comprehensive services to support military personnel and their families. We offer expertise in military justice matters, civil law, labor law, contracts, environmental law, claims issues, and civilian adverse actions. Our office can assist with wills, advance medical directives, and health care power of attorney’s. We also assist with providing information on debt collection problems, identity theft, Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA), divorce, landlord and tenant issues, and family law matters.

Will and Power of Attorney Worksheets
To complete a Will or Power of Attorney worksheet and obtain a ticket number, please visit the Air Force Legal Assistance website at AF Legal Assistance:
- Click on "Legal Worksheet" tab, then select "Power of Attorney".
- Choose the appropriate tab for the desired Power of Attorney.
- Ticket numbers are case-sensitive.
- Contact our office at 366-2937 with your ticket number(s) to schedule an appointment.

Notary Service and Powers of Attorney (POA)
- Notary services are available on a walk-in basis.
- For closing documents, please schedule an appointment by calling 366-2937.
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m, and Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Closed on weekends, PACAF Family Days, and Federal Holidays
Eligibility for Legal Assistance
- Active duty, reserve component on orders or pending deployment, retired military members, and military identification card-eligible dependents are eligible to receive legal assistance for personal, civil legal issues.

Steps to File Household Goods Claim and Other Claims:
- Full Replacement Value (FRV) claims: File directly with your household goods carrier.
- Defense Personal Property System (DPS): File directly online through DPS.
- Other Claims: Visit AF Claims Service Center or call the Claims Service Center for assistance.
