Marcus Serrano showcases improvised explosive devices that are used during exercises to better prepare deployable troops down range to the 13th Air Force Commander, Lt. Gen. ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - The 554th RED HORSE Director of Operations, Captain Jason Aftanas, discusses build up techniques, man power, and time spent on each building with 13th Airforce Commander, Lt.
