ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam--Airman 1st Class Dominic Pena, 36th Civil Engineer Squadron heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration apprentice, was awarded Team Andersen’s Best April 18. Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing.
