ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam--Airman 1st Class Dominic Pena, 36th Civil Engineer Squadron heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration apprentice, was awarded Team Andersen’s Best April 18. Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing. Each week, supervisors nominate a member of their team for outstanding performance and the wing commander presents the selected Airman/civilian with an award.
