Airman 1st Class David Aguayo, 36th Logistics Readiness Squadron material control technician, receives the Linebacker of the Week recognition by the 36th Wing Command Team at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 23, 2025. Aguayo procured $14,000 in chemicals for the Preventive Maintenance inspection team, enabling the return of three vehicles and increasing fleet availability. He also received and issued $2,500 parts for 100 vehicles, valued at $120,000, logged 975 parts, facilitated over 123 equipment turn-ins to the Defense Logistics Agency and served as a physical training leader, ensuring wellness and resilience across a squadron of over 300 Airmen. Team Andersen Linebackers
U.S. Army Sgt. Michail Fitch, Prime Production sergeant for Task Force Talon, 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, receives Linebacker of the Week recognition by the 36th Wing Command Team on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 17, 2025. Fitch led the tactical grid development and establishment of Site 2, Camp Blaz, Guam, which included securing over $100,000 of additional cabling, power distribution units and transformers to complete the project. He is also responsible for administering the Army Fitness Test for the nearly 90 personnel that make up the Task Force Talon and Echo Battery, 3rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment. Finally, he won the Task Force Solider of the Year competition in November 2024, was selected as the Joint Region Marianas Army NCO of the Year for 2025 and placed 3rd out 195 competitors during a 18.6-mile Norwegian Foot March. U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Davicka Sanitago, noncommissioned officer in charge of Commander Support Staff for the 36th Munitions Squadron, receives Linebacker of the Week recognition by the 36th Wing Command Team on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 17, 2025. As the squadron’s A1 policy subject matter expert, Santiago managed personnel records for over 150 Airmen in her unit, resulting in zero discrepancies during annual audits and ensured 100% of upgrade milestones were met. Finally, she used forward-thinking initiatives and knowledge from her Business Administration studies to modernize record-keeping with digital tools, accelerate Airmen development and setting 36 MUNS up for long term success. Finally, Villanueva directly supported raising $15,000 for the DoW's longest-running humanitarian airdrop mission that delivered aid across 55 remote islands in the Pacific.
