U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Case Cunningham, commander, 11th Air Force, relinquishes the 36th Wing guidon to Col. Charles Cooley, during 36th Wing change of command ceremony, at Andersen AFB, Guam, May 22, 2025. The passing of the guidon is a tradition where the outgoing commander symbolically relinquishes responsibility and authority by passing the guidon to the incoming commander.
