ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Jane Sasai, 36th Communication Squadron equipment control officer, signs over more than 20 desktop systems to Christine Rosario, the Special Education Assistive Technology program coordinator, on Nov. 4 on Guam.
