Effective Oct. 1, 2012 all Common Access Cards (CACs) with Social Security
Numbers imprinted on the back of the card will no longer work for government
computer access. There are only a few military members that have this type
of CAC.

Andersen Air Force Base's Military Personnel Section (MPS) Customer Support
Element will implement extended hours, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., through
October 5, to issue replacement CACs for those impacted. The MPS Customer
Support Element is located in building 23008 on Andersen AFB. MPS recommends
making an appointment to reduce your wait time. If you have any questions,
or would like to make an appointment, please contact the MPS Customer
Support Element at 671-366-4387.
