    The U.S. Navy announced today it will conduct Field Carrier Landing Practice (FCLP) at Andersen Air Force Base (AFB) starting May 22, in order to qualify the pilots of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 11 for underway carrier operations. All training, both day and night, will be conducted at Andersen AFB.
