Campbell 36th Wing Public Affairs ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- On July 10, 2024, the Logistics Readiness Squadron Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant Airmen and members partook in a Versatile Integrating Partner-Nation Equipment Refueling (VIPER) training. This training tests the VIPER kit and hose capability to enable the use of host nation refueling equipment to hot refuel USAF aircraft, rapidly generate sorties, and reduce the cost of shipping USAF refueler trucks. During the training the fuel is tested in a laboratory for any water, debris and particulates to ensure clean fuel is being issued.
