The 36th Civil Engineering Squadron along with the University of Guam Sea Grant manage the Marine Patrol Volunteer Conservation Officer Program on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The program is open to service members and civilians of all ranks and ages and allows individuals to assist with the tracking and protecting of endangered sea turtles that nest on Andersen AFB.
