36th Contingency Response Group conducts field training exercise with 36th Airlift Squadron

U.S. Air Force Airmen with the 736th Security Forces Squadron, take down tents onPacific Air Forces Regional Training Center-Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Jan. 20, 2023. The 36th Contingency Response Group partnered with the 36th Airlift squadron from Yokota Air Base, Japan, to conduct a Field Training Exercise that tested operating in an austere environment. The units conducted a variety training scenarios such as setting up airfield/aerial ports, accomplishing drop zone operations, establishing bed down and cargo yard, bare base build-ups, communication hub and spoke operations, and securing the airbase for operation in an expeditionary environment.(U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Allison Martin)
