SecAF visits Andersen AFB

Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall arrives at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Aug. 19, 2022. Kendall and his team visited Airmen and Guardians at Andersen AFB to learn about the wing’s mission. Over the past year, Andersen has been front and center in executing Agile Combat Employment operations and integrated bomber, tanker, and joint fighter aircraft missions over the South China Sea. These missions demonstrate the ability to rapidly project airpower and expand combat capability across this vast region, in concert with partners and allies to ensure a free and open Indo-Pacific.
