U.S. Secretary of Defense Dr. Mark T. Esper and the Japan Defense Minister Kono Taro conduct a bilateral engagement at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam Aug. 29 2020. Secretary Esper and Minister Kono exchanged views on their shared vision for a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
