American Airman assist with Australian refuel
U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Jonathan Haas, a boom operator assigned to the No.33 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force as part of the U.S Air Force Military Personnel Exchange Program, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, talks with members of the 37th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam on Nov. 30, 2017, at RAAF Base Amberley, Australia. Haas is a participant in an aerial refuel training mission, the first ever aerial refuel between a RAAF KC-30A and a USAF B1-B Lancer. Two bombers arrived at Amberley as part of the United States-Australia Force Posture Initiatives Enhanced Air Cooperation program, which builds on air exercises and training between the two air forces.
