Each member of the Assault Assessment and Repair Operations Team (AARO) is presented with a logo, patch and certificate once thier training is complete. AARO is a 21-member team civil engineering team from the 554th RED HORSE Squadron that uses helicopters and fixed wing aircraft to rappel and fast-rope to battle-damaged areas to repair airfields and other construction projects.
