Andersen receives additional B52 Stratofortress
Members from the 36th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron conduct a post-flight inspection on a B-52 Stratofortress after its arrival June 2, 2016, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The aircraft is deployed in support of U.S. Pacific Command’s Continuous Bomber Presence operations. The U.S. military has maintained a deployed strategic bomber presence in the Pacific since March 2004, which has contributed significantly to regional security and stability.
