Elizabeth Tullis, 36th Medical Group registered nurse, helped save the life of a 12 year-old child March 12, 2016, in Tamuning, Guam. With her experience as a former lifeguard, aquatics director and now a nurse, Tullis provided the best care possible to the girl before medical help arrived on scene.
