Turtle-safe lamps light the Tarague Beach recreational area on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Aug. 17, 2014. The bulbs were replaced in March and are designed to emit light in lower wavelengths which sea turtles are unable to see, giving hatchlings a better chance at survival by following the natural moonlight.
