36th CONS hosts blood drive

Andrew Ferris, 36th Contracting Squadron contract administrator, elevates his arm after a U.S. Naval Hospital Guam phlebotomist collects his donation during the 36th CONS sponsored blood drive Jan. 27, 2014, on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
