ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Technical Sgt. Vincent Burden, 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron weather loadmaster, reviews a technical order while seated in the aerial weather reconnaissance officer?s position aboard a Air Force Reserve WC-130J Sept. 20. The 53rd WRS, deployed here from Keesler AFB, Miss., to conduct meteorological research on tropical cyclones in the Western Pacific. The study runs through the end of September.
