Operation Christmas Drop 2008 Push Ceremony

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam – Brig. Gen. Phil Ruhlman, 36th Wing commander, and Bruce Best, University of Guam Telecommunication and Distance Education Operation station manager, push the first box of goods into a C-130 Hercules from Yokota Air Base, Japan, here Dec. 12. The two were participants in the 2008 Operation Christmas Drop Push Ceremony commemorating the start of the Air Force’s longest-running humanitarian airlift operation.
