JASDF F-2 fighters arrive for Cope North Guam 2009

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Two Japan Air Self Defense Force F-2 fighters are marshaled after arriving here Jan. 30. The aircraft are here to participate in Cope North 09-1. The exercise is the first iteration of a regularly scheduled joint and bilateral exercise and is part of the on-going series of exercises designed to enhance air operations in defense of Japan.
