ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Lt. Col. Orlando "Slider" Sanchez, 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron pilot, briefs Lt. Gen. Edward Rice, United States Forces Japan commander, Maj. Gen. Hideo Wakabayashi, Japan Air Self Defense Force 3rd Air Wing commander, Brig. Gen. Phil Ruhlman, 36th Wing commander, and other JASDF members on the F-22A Raptor during a tour here Feb. 13. The 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron is deployed to Andersen from Eielson AFB, Alaska, as a part of the Theater Security Package. The F-22 Raptor is the Air Force's newest fighter aircraft.
