Orlando "Slider" Sanchez, 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron F-22 Raptor pilot, explains the F-22A Raptor’s capabilities to Seigo Kitamura, Japan’s Senior Vice Minister of Defense, during a site visit to here Feb. 14. During his tour, Mr. Kitamura received a mission briefing about the 36th Wing and the annual Cope North exercise. U.S. and Japanese forces completed the annual two-week bilateral exercise Feb. 13.
