Andersen Air Force Base lifeguard Ruben Cruz simulates CPR on a child during the water search and rescue exercise on May 8 at Tarague Beach. The exercise enhances the tactical inter-operability within the island of Guam for water rescue emergencies in realistic ocean environment.
