Secretary of Defense Dr. Robert Gates presents Mr. Seikichi "Mr. Paul" Kaneshiro with the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award May 30 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, on behalf of President George W. Bush for his dedicated service to the nation and the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Paul has served in both the military and civil service for sixty-six years spanning from Jan. 28, 1946 to June 2, 2008. His service includes support to the Cold War, the Korean War and Vietnam War, Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm and The Global War On Terror.
