Air Force Chief of Staff visits with Andersen Airmen

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Technical Sgt. Tyler Adams, 36th Mobility Response Squadron Engineer, demonstrates for General Norton A. Schwartz, chief of staff of the Air Force, the functions of a Dynamic Cone Penetrometer to measure runway fitness for aircraft landing. As part of the general?s May 9 visit to Andersen AFB, he toured the Pacific Regional Training Center at Northwest Field.
