644th CBCS 'Top Performer' makes fitness, education, volunteerism top priorities

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Senior Airman Brian Quay and Senior Airman Andrew Hughes, both members of the 644th Combat Communications Squadron, move a tire during the Big Brother Big Sister Soap Box Derby set-up April 28.
