ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - The 36th Medical Group and the 36th Contingency Response Group work together to put the last piece of the tents together during a simulated exercise for the Humanitarian Assistance Rapid Response Team here July 15. The HARRT is equipped to operate in an austere permissive environment during phase III of disaster relief operations supporting 350 to 500 patients per day and can be fully operational within six hours of arrival at the disaster site.
