ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Brig. Gen. Phil Ruhlman, 36th Wing commander, offers his condolences during a memorial service at Andersen’s Chapel 1 in honor of the Raider 21 aircrew July 19. The memorial service was held in remembrance of Raider 21, a B-52 Stratofortress aircrew that died on Liberation Day July 21, 2008, when their aircraft crashed.
