DZSP 21 contractors palletize FEMA tents

Tony Quinata, right, and Monte Garrido, both from DZSP 21, throw cargo netting over a pallet of FEMA tents Oct. 9 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, for delivery to American Samoa after the area was struck by an earthquake and resulting tsunami.
