A Japanese maintenance crew from the 8th Combat Wing at Tsuiki Air Base, Japan, load an F-2 Attack Fighter with ammunitions during Cope North at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 9. Cope North is a bilateral field-training exercise designed to increase the combat readiness and interoperability of the U.S. Air Force and Navy, as well as the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
