Chief's daughter has the honors

Alicia Mullinex attaches a retirement pin to her father, former Command Chief Master Sgt. Allen Mullinex, during his retirement ceremony Dec. 3 at the Sunrise Conference Center. Chief Mullinex, a native of Grand Lake, Colo., acted as the principal advisor to the 36th Wing Commander on matters affecting the utilization, health, morale and welfare of more than 8,500 military and civilian personnel during his tour here.
