ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam – Col. Donald R. Drechsler, 36th Wing vice commander and honored guest, Mr. Francisco Carbullido, a World War II Prisoner of War, place a wreath at the base of the Andersen Air Force Base memorial honoring all those who have fallen, Sept. 16. Mr. Carbullido was taken as a POW and spent 3.5 years in Japanese and Chinese prison camps before returning to Guam.
