TAMUNING, Guam--The Pa’a Tao Tao, a non-profit cultural organization on Guam, gives the opening blessings during the 2012 Second Annual 9/11 Commemorative Dragon Boat Race at Matapang Beach here, Sept. 22. This year’s boat race had ten-person teams that included personnel from the Guam Police Department, Andersen Air Force Base, deployed-in Kadena AFB Fire department, Guam Fire Department, Guam National Guard, Naval Fire Department, Navy Tag Five and the Haggan Outrigger Canoe Club.
