TAMUNING, Guam—Dragon boats race to the finish line during the first heat at the 2012 Second Annual 9/11 Commemorative Dragon Boat Race at Matapang Beach, Sept. 22. This year’s boat Race had 10 person teams including the Guam Police Department, Andersen and deployed-in Kadena AFB Fire Department Airman, Guam Fire Department, Guam National Guard, Naval Fire Department, Navy Tag Five and the Haggan Outrigger Canoe Club.
