Physical therapy clinic rehabilitates Airmen, increases mission mobility

Tech Sgt. Robert Alvarado, 36th Medical Operations Squadron NCO in charge of physical therapy, programs a lumbar traction table for a patient on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, July 2, 2013. Using this table is a method for treating lower back and neck pain. The physical therapy clinic, located at the Coral Reef Fitness Center, serves approximately 23 patients per day to improve the quality of life for individuals who are experiencing discomfort as a result of chronic or acute musculoskeletal pain or impact injuries and in need of quality health care.
