ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Andersen's 36th Mission Support Group Commander, Col. Mark Talley, congratulates Quentin San Nicolas after his final leg of the torch run during the 33rd Annual Special Olympics held at the Okkodo High School track March 14. Special Olympics Guam provides year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities by giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the island community.
