The 2021 overseas housing allowance and utility expense survey for uniformed service members stationed overseas is now open until May 31, 2021. Members eligible to take the survey are those who reside in off-base private housing and have been receiving OHA in Guam for at least six months. Homeowners or rent-sharers do not need to take this survey as historically their expense data is different from renters upon which the OHA program is based. (U.S. Army graphic by James Brooks)
