Dylan Bivins, the NCO in charge of training for the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit. Bivins was in Vietnam conducting a Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Accounting Agency Mission in early spring, 2021.
