Classified ad submission is streamlined Published Jan. 27, 2008 By Airman 1st Class Carissa Morgan 36th Wing Headquarters Chaplain ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Have you ever wanted to place a classified advertisement in the base newspaper but just didn't know how to go about it? Well, the good news is, it's really simple. The classified advertisement submission form can be found on the second to last page of any issue of The Pacific Edge. In order for a classified advertisement to be published in Team Andersen's The Pacific Edge newspaper, it needs to include the following information: what is being sold or offered, information and details about the item or items, a point of contact and a phone number. There are two ways to have your classified advertisements published. They may be delivered to the 36th Wing Public Affairs office, building 23003, Room 201 and placed in the classified advertisments box, or patrons can e-mail The Pacific Edge inbox at thepacificedge@andersen.af.mil. All free classified advertisements are due Thursdays one week prior to publication, or a week and one day prior to the date you want the classified advertisement to appear in the base newspaper. For any questions or concerns on paid advertisments, call the Guam Publications office at 477-9711.
